1. Our Services

Daily Deposit Training offers the following services:

• Tier 1 — The Hub ($297): A self-paced digital library with training programs, nutrition frameworks, mindset content, and resources. One-time payment, indefinite access to current content.
• Tier 2 — The Reset (8-week coaching): Call-only, application-based coaching engagement including weekly check-ins, personalized programming, and direct access to your coach. Pricing disclosed on discovery call.
• Tier 3 — Executive Reset (12-week coaching): Call-only, application-based premium coaching including weekly 1:1 calls, fully personalized training and nutrition, identity and mindset work, and a performance guarantee (see Section 5). Pricing disclosed on discovery call.
• Free resources: Quizzes, PDFs, and email content provided at no cost.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any coaching service or product.
• You must be physically and medically cleared to participate in exercise and dietary programs.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information during intake, application, and throughout your program.

3. Results Disclaimer

Fitness and nutrition results vary based on effort, consistency, genetics, starting point, and life circumstances. Any testimonials, case studies, or results shared on our site or in our content reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar outcomes for you. We do not promise specific weight loss, muscle gain, performance, or body composition results, except as explicitly stated in the Section 5 guarantee.

Your results depend primarily on your effort and follow-through. We provide the system, coaching, and accountability — the work is yours to do.

4. Affiliate Partnerships and Third-Party Products

Daily Deposit Training maintains affiliate relationships with third-party companies including but not limited to Gorilla Mind (supplements) and NOVA (peptides), and may add or remove partners from time to time.

How affiliate links work

• When you purchase a product using an affiliate link, discount code (such as "DD"), or referral shared by Daily Deposit Training, we may receive compensation from the third-party company at no additional cost to you.
• We only partner with brands whose products we personally use or believe in. Affiliate relationships do not influence the coaching content, programming, or recommendations we provide to clients.
• Any mention, reference, or promotion of an affiliate product is for educational and marketplace purposes only. Daily Deposit Training does not manufacture, resell, dispense, or distribute any supplement, peptide, pharmaceutical, or compound through our coaching services.

Peptides and research compounds

Peptides, research compounds, and related products occupy a legal and regulatory gray area that varies by country, state, and intended use. Daily Deposit Training does not:

• Prescribe, recommend dosing for, or provide medical guidance on any peptide, research compound, or pharmaceutical product.
• Make therapeutic, disease-treatment, or medical claims about any affiliate product we promote.
• Guarantee the legality, quality, purity, or suitability of any peptide or compound for your specific jurisdiction or intended use.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Consulting a licensed physician before purchasing or using any supplement, peptide, research compound, or similar product.
• Verifying the legality of any product for your jurisdiction and intended use.
• Understanding that peptide and research compound regulations vary by country, state, and context, and can change without notice.
• All outcomes, adverse effects, legal consequences, or other results arising from your purchase, possession, or use of any third-party product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Deposit Training disclaims any and all liability for injury, illness, adverse reaction, legal consequence, or other outcome arising from your purchase, possession, or use of any affiliate product or third-party product referenced through our content, coaching, website, or materials.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
• Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes.
• Tier 1 (Hub) is a one-time payment. No recurring charges.
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 coaching engagements may be offered as a single payment or a payment plan as agreed during your discovery call. Payment plans are non-cancelable once the program begins unless the guarantee in Section 5 applies.
• Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.

6. Refund and Guarantee Policy

Tier 1 — The Hub

Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access upon purchase, Tier 1 purchases are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue accessing your Hub, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it.

Tier 2 — The Reset

Coaching services are non-refundable once the program has begun. If you have not yet received onboarding materials or your first call, contact us within 48 hours of payment for a full refund.

Tier 3 — Executive Reset Performance Guarantee

We offer a 90-day performance guarantee on Tier 3 coaching. If, at the end of your 12-week engagement, you have completed all required deliverables and have not made measurable progress toward the goals set during onboarding, we will work with you for up to an additional 90 days at no cost OR issue a full refund — at our discretion.

Guarantee conditions:

• Attend at least 90% of scheduled coaching calls.
• Submit all required weekly check-ins on time.
• Follow the training and nutrition programming provided to within a reasonable degree of adherence.
• Communicate honestly and proactively when obstacles arise.

Clients who do not meet the guarantee conditions are not eligible for a refund or extension.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information during intake and check-ins.
• Follow the programming, nutrition guidance, and recommendations provided to the best of your ability.
• Communicate openly about injuries, medical conditions, or life circumstances that affect your program.
• Attend scheduled coaching calls or reschedule with reasonable notice.
• Take responsibility for your own choices, execution, and results.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Daily Deposit Training — including training programs, nutrition guides, written materials, videos, the Hub library, coaching frameworks, and the Identity Files curriculum — is owned by Daily Deposit Training and protected by copyright.

You may use the materials for your personal training and development. You may not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute any content to third parties.
• Copy or repurpose our programs, frameworks, or curriculum in your own business or coaching practice.
• Publish our materials to any public or private platform without written permission.

Violations may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and liability for damages.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site or services for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our team or other clients.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, client portal, or Hub Library.
• Misrepresent your identity, health status, or qualifications.

We reserve the right to terminate any account or coaching engagement for conduct that violates these Terms, with no refund obligation in cases of serious or repeated violations.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct that harms our business or other clients. Upon termination, any outstanding balance becomes immediately due, and your access to the Hub Library and any coaching materials will be revoked.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Deposit Training, its owner, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:

• Any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome resulting from participation in our programs.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill.
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

You assume full responsibility for your participation in any training, nutrition, or lifestyle program offered through Daily Deposit Training.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Daily Deposit Training, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the services, or your negligence.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Daily Deposit Training is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
