  • Quiz responses: Answers you submit through our System Quiz to receive your free 7-day PDF guide.
  • Application responses: Information you submit through our coaching application form if you apply for Tier 2 or Tier 3 coaching.
  • Payment information: Billing details processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Coaching intake data: If you become a client, goals, training history, nutrition preferences, and progress updates you share with us.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: Pages visited, referring URLs, device type, browser, approximate location (via IP address).
  • Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in where applicable, remember preferences, and measure site performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the coaching services or digital products you purchase.
  • Send you the free resources you request (e.g., 7-day PDF after quiz submission).
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, access links, onboarding instructions).

We use trusted third-party services to operate our business. We share only the information each service needs to do its job. These services have their own privacy policies.

  • Stripe — payment processing for coaching and product purchases.
  • Mailchimp — email list management for quiz subscribers and free resource delivery.
  • Brevo — email automation for paying clients and onboarding sequences.
  • Typeform — coaching application form submissions.
  • Calendly — discovery call and client session scheduling.
  • Zapier — connects the above tools so your purchase triggers the right onboarding emails.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.

4. How Long We Keep Your Information

  • Email subscribers: We keep your information as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will remove your data from active marketing lists upon request.
  • Paying clients: We retain coaching records for up to 7 years after your program ends for business recordkeeping and potential future program access. You may request deletion of personal data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Payment records: Payment processing records are retained as required by tax and accounting laws (typically 7 years).

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
